Get your Sender ID approved
The Sender ID is the sender name shown on your recipients' phones instead of a number. MTN and Orange now require it to be approved before any campaign can be sent.
Sender ID approval is independent from buying credits. You can order your SMS while approval is still in progress — your credits will be waiting on your account.

Create your account
First go to v2.smspro.cm and create your account. You will use these same credentials in the next step.

Sign in to the approval portal
Go to api.smspro.cm and sign in with your v2.smspro.cm credentials.

Open "Sender ID validation"
In the sidebar, click "Sender ID validation".

Submit your MTN request
Select the MTN operator in the top left, click "New request", fill in the form and submit.

Submit your Orange request
Switch the operator at the top of the page to Orange, click "New request" again, fill in the form and submit.

Launch your campaigns
Once both operators have approved your Sender ID, you can launch your campaigns from v2.smspro.cm.
If the Orange submission fails
Download the Word form, fill it in and send it back to us. We will forward it to Orange on your behalf.
